Counter-Strike Source offline?

I just want to be able to play CS:S offline off my laptop, but there is no internet connection at the hotel I'm at. All I want to do is play against bots, but Steam won't let me run CS:S without a net connection. Is there a workaround for this?
 
there's an offline mode.....kinda forgot the procedure but play around this: shut down steam, pull network cable, start steam....you have to have the "Don't save account info" unchecked under settings. If you want further information on how to play offline, go to steampowered.com and under support search for it.
