I've run into a problem as soon as I tried to start it. I get:

Engine Error

Unable to set mode. This may be a known beta bug with the antialiasing.
We have reset your antialiasing settings. Please try running again.

I get this with or without AA forced in the control panel on my:
AIW Radeon 9600 Pro
Catalyst 4.8

If you've registered the voucher with an account, CS:S should appear on your My Games list for that account right now when you "Exit and Logout" and restart Steam.

Finally figured it out! It's something to do with the refresh rate. I was using reforce to force 85hz at all resolutions previously, and I got that error. I went into reforce and reset everything to default values, reset the video driver, and it worked.

Doesn't help much because all the servers are either super laggy, full, or constantly kick you out. Or more likely a combination of all three.
