Counter Strike Source dedicated server question

I finally decided to dl the dedicated server files for CS S on my secondary machine. I am going to set it up as a dedicated server for my friends to jump on and play. Is there a site that has info on settings for CS source dedicated? I can find lots of info about 1.6 (non-source) but not much about source.

Or, if someone here knows, I want to add sound effects to my game and/or custom music, can I do this? Thanks!
