Alright, so I want to order a Counter-Strike server, but to be honest, I'm not sure how all this technology works. They mention stuff about "ping boosting". I know that in-game, this supposed "ping boost" helps your bullets register better, but if I pay for it, how do I know they implemented it?

Also, anyone reccomend any other server providers for around $35/month?
