Counter Strike Server Load Balancing

Is it possible to do load balancing between two network cards on a Counter Strike 1.6 dedicated server? It is a dedicated red hat 9.0 server. The reason I want to do this is because I live on my universty's campus, and there is plenty of bandwidth, but each network jack is limited. I have access to two jacks and I would like to share the load between them. Is this possible?

A layer4 switch would be fine.
