Counter Strike server CVARS

This is really simple, but I've been searching for the CVAR forever and still can't find it.

Need the cvar that controls how long each map runs in the map cycle on a Counter Strike server.

Is it in server.cfg or adminmod setup?

mp_timelimit 20 (in server.cfg)

should stay on each map for 20 minutes.
