If you play cs 1.6 on LAN with 2 computers, that is only 2 human players. CAn you add bots to each team? How?

Actually, I think you meant to say bots. And yes, you can add bots in any type of game.
Just go in and select the number you want and click "auto balance teams".

EDIT: There are also console commands to add bots and set their behavior in the middle of the game. I forget what they are but you can Google them.
 
I have counter strike 1.0.0.2 unfortunatly. Theres no menu when I press H. Can I still add bots.
