Counter-Strike problem

Whenever I try to get into a game of Counter-Strike, I see this message in the console "TrackerUI.dll is invalid." Although I can still play the game, this error annoys me a little. I only get this message when I add "-dev" to the half-life .exe file. Anyone know why i get this problem and how to solve it? Its no major problem, it just annoys me.

It's a CS1.5 glitch, I had it also.

It was addressed at Counter-Stike.net on june 14th.

Here's the fix:

TrackerUI.dll invalid" Problem
======================
This error is harmless and doesn't mean anything. To remove the error from your console, simply follow the same steps outlined for F1 and F2 binding problems (below).

F1 and F2 Binding Problem
===================
To be able to bind your F1 and F2 keys: Go to your Half-Life (or Counter-Strike Retail) directory, open the "valve" folder, open the "cl_dlls" folder, and rename the file "GameUI.dll" to something else (i.e. "GameUI.bak"). You should be able to bind your F1 and F2 keys again.
