Counter-strike mouse sensitivity

I formatted my comp this morning and just reinstalled cs. For some reason now no matter what I change my sens to in cs it dosnt change at all and feels the same. Anyone have any idea why this is happening?
 
Check if your sensitivity in windows is set really high or really low, as the sensitivity setting in cs works on top of the windows setting.
