Ok guys, I need to know how to enable Max FPS in Counter-Strike? Lastnight I was maxing out at 72FPS, then some guy in a game told me to type "fps_max 100", it worked great. But know my card is maxing out at 99.9FPS. So is there a way to get MAX FPS, or no FPS cap?
 
I've got a Asus v7700 Pure (GeForce 2 GTS) And I also set my fps_max to 120 but it never goes higher than 100fps (I know it can peek higher). Does it have to do with my refresh rate?
