I was walking around in Oakland's Chinatown today and I wandered by this place called Cyber Hut. I decided to take a look inside and this place had about 80 computers all with 19" monitors, almost all of which were being used to play Counter-Strike at the time. I have just got to take some friends down there to play. It's only $5/hr and and I imagine they have some other games as well.
