Counter Strike - how do I use my multi-color spray .wad?

I made one, using a prog I got from zeroping.com and I guess the .wad it made is in the right spot for CS - but how do I call it? I loaded up HL and it is not in my logo choices...please make me less stupid

Assuming that you did everything right, after you put the wad in the hl logo and ctrike folders, you need to play the game without accessing the custom screen, that will erase your logo.

Well this program makes a .wad - at least it says it does - but all it spits out is a .bmp - what do I do with that? I don't see a wad anywhere...
