Counter-Strike came with my Radeon and it dont work!

Hey I got Counter-Strike and Team Fortress Classic and I can't get it to work. All I see for like 20 minutes is a bar going up and resetting on the bottom on over like 30 servers I trired to get into.

Can someone help me out here? What's wrong?

I think you need to do updates in order to play on the internet. Go here and do the updates.
