Counter Strike Bench

I was reading the review of the Visiontech Geforce 3, and I saw a bench of counterstrike that delivered more than 100 fps. Is it possible to uncap the frame rate from 100, or is it only a hack for the bench?

use timerefresh in the console to get your actual framrates.
