OK, so it's really CS:GO Source 2. They are remaking it in the Source 2 engine. Beta will be starting up with release later this year.

This works with valve as they only know how to count to 2.
So CS:2 is possible. Half Life 3 or Portal 3... nope.. as its not in valve's numeric dictionary on a value greater then 2.
