I say within an hour (proabably less) people on here will be paranoid and speculate that with a new justice appointed, the Bush Administration will attempt to over throw Roe v. Wade.

It pre-dates Rove. The GOP knows that the day they overturn Roe is the day they lose millions of voters who have no other interests in common with the GOP.

Oh and guys, you're getting a little off topic. I was predicting when discussions of that nature would begin, not the likelihood of it happening. And it's not going to happen in our time because most of the conservative judges on the court believe in stare decisis.
