Couldn't get into KT7 Raid Bios, help!!!

Press Del, then goto a screen with a bllue line at the bottom and system hang! What should I do? Have tried a few times, still the same. But I can install Win98 and run well.
 
I would try resetting the CMOS. There's a jumper on the mobo near the battery. Make sure you unplug the PSU too.
