I am lookin for the device that put a small load on the 5v rail. its intention is to give atx powersupply machines the abitlity to reboot after power loss. without someone haveing to go manualy restart..
 
Pickup a 10 Ohm resister from radio shack. Macke sure it is rated for at least one amp.
 
Check your mobo BIOS.
My Asus board has a "reboot after power interrupted" switch in the
BIOS. Never used it so i can't say how well it works.
