Yes, I know its a simple one. I'm just confused as the use of "nanka" here. Perhaps I misheard (is that even a word.)
 
Probably should be read as nani ka, but anyways basically it means "What did you say in Japanese?" If I remember my Japanese properly lol.

I agree that it should be nanika, but the meaning is more like "Do you want to talk something in Japanese?" or "Do you want to converse in Japanese?"
