What I am looking for is a laptop, pentium 4 3.0ghz+, 17"inch screen, a hard drive with ate least 7200rpm, a graphics card of at least 256mb, 1gb ram, cd/dvd rw+burner...please help me. If you find one or know of any sites, please paste the link. Thank you.

Why do you want a p4. You looking for a lap warmer or a computer?

if you go for a P-M instead of a P4, you can get the XPS2 with those specs. The P-M 2.13 shouldn't be slower than a 3.0ghz P4 unless you are doing multitasking (no HT on the PM)

First of all don't get a P4. You're wasting your time.
Second, if you really want to buy a toaster oven, check out Alienware.

You can spec out the XPS 2 up to about 4k or so if i remember right... But that is with 2gb ram and such.
