I have been having some health problems lately (not too serious, just annoying), and after getting no help from traditional medicine, I decided to see a homeopathic doctor for some advice. After spending a couple of hours with him and his staff doing tests and Q&A's, he asked me to go on a vegetarian diet for a month, with no caffeine or alcohol. They have also determined that I have mild allergies to: wheat, soy and dairy.
I am four days into it, and so far, the toughest part has been the no caffeine. It was especially hard to get up this morning without a shot of coffee. It looks to me like the food is going to get very dull, very fast, but I am determined to stick it out to see if the results are worth it.
Anyone got any suggestions for vegetarian dishes, without wheat, soy or dairy?
