Could you complete the 1 gallon challenge?

in one hour?

probably. I'm assuming 2% or whole?

If I can down a gallon of go-lightly in 2 hours, I'm thinking I can do milk milk in 1 hour.
...though, not easy.

Definitely. Back when I worked out like a psychopath, milk was the only thing I drank other than water. A gallon is a little much, but over an hour not a problem.

i could have crushed this back in highschool ... now, it's questionable, but i'd be willing to give it a go.

as a side note, my cousin and i used to go thru 13 gallons a week back then.

I like milk, but I don't think I could handle quite that much dairy in such a short amount of time. That's like instant lactose intolerance right there.

Most of the people who will answer yes to this have never tried it (or even come close). In college I went through about 5 gallons of milk per week (sometimes 1 full gallon in a day) and even doing that every single day, I don't think I could do the One Gallon Challenge even on a fresh day with an empty stomach. There's a big difference between putting down a 2500cal meal, and 2500cal worth of pure liquid. Granted, I'm not a very big guy, so my stomach has it's own physical limitations.

Also, this seems appropriate: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=enY771qAmvk

Edit: Of course, doing 1 or 2% would be a lot easier than Whole. :p

i watched (egged on?) an AF ROTC guy do this in college. whole milk. 1 hour. as soon as the hour was up he ran to the bathroom and projectile vomited all over. it was awesome.

Impressive. He probably was actively keeping it down for a bit which takes a lot.

I've seen a 6'4" 320+ lbs guy try it with chocolate whole milk. He got about 3 quarts and had the most epic puke distance I've ever seen.

I myself have gone through 3/4 in under an hour and could see myself going through a whole one. I'm told an old student at my high school (through a teacher who witnessed) that someone did take on that challenge and won, without throwing up.

I know for a fact I would throw up before I could finish it; I'd probably get about half way before puking.

You mean Go- Heavily, "go-not to far from the bathroom", go-shit your brains out.

Ugh, that would probably be the worst case scenario.

Never tried this one. I've seen people try and fail it though. Milk usually gets launched through the nose and mouth.
