what i don't understand, is how any sane person could think that the USA government would decide to kill 3000+ people, destroy the world trade center, and risk so much, just to get support for a terrorist hunt.

Eaglekeeper probably is not American. I`m sorry as much as I don`t like Bush, Bush would not purposelfully plan to kill 3,000 people.

I had a funny interaction with some asshat here who posted a video of plumes of dust shooting out of the towers as they came down. That, he said, was the result of shaped charges going off. Shaped charges that had been planted by the CIA, naturally. Even though the plumes looked _a lot_ like dust/gas being expelled as the volume of the building collapsed, I decided to believe him, because the CIA has a lot of domestic operatives idled after the successful completion of "Operation Spread AIDS" and "Operation Sell Coke in the Cities" and they have to do something with them.

I don't think, bud, I know. I've watched those videos, and I think you're smoking crack. I generally subscribe to the live and let live philosophy when it comes to confronting nutbags online. But 3000 people died that day, in an event that no serious observer thinks was anything other than what it appeared to be, i.e. planes flying into big buildings that burned and then fell down. I lived 30 miles outside NYC at the time (now 60) and watched funeral processions for weeks afterward. We got to drive by the commuter train lots where they were towing the cars whose owners never came home. We saw the empty pews and weeping families in church. We knew people who went to the office that day and had their lives ended. It wasn't the goddamn U.S. government that did it, so take your stupid, pathetic conspiracy theories and stick 'em, k?
