Does anyone know if there is a plug-in, or freeware/trialware program that allows users to save changes to PDF documents? I am in the process of filling out a job application and would like to save my progress and be able to transport the file w/changes, but Adobe Acro Reader won't allow saved alterations. The full version of Acrobat is too freaking expensive to justify purchasing for something as elementary as saving a document. Thanks

The whole point of acrobat READER is to only be able to READ files :)

You need the full version to edit/create files. That is unless there is some open source/freeware alternative.

Open Office (freeware) will let you create PDFs, not too sure if you can open and edit an existing PDF with it though..not surething I've ever tried.
