Hey eveyone sorry to bother you again =(


well i recently bought a 3d Blaster Creative Annililator 2 mx geeforce 2 card

on the back it says mpeg 1 and mpeg 2 playback someone told me that makes windows media player and mpegs crystal clear no matter on the resoltion or size is that true cause when i try to view videos/anything esle i still find it choppy and not clear =(

any suggestions?
