It's the rig in my signature. With everything set to auto I can run it at 4.1 and it's prime 95 stable for hours.
So I set it as follows:
CPU VRIN Override LLC (Load Line Calibration) - set to high
CPU VRIN external override voltage - 1.8V
Vcore - 1.237V
Ring Voltage - 1.15V
Everything else left on default.
Memory is 1600 9-9-9-24 set to XMP profile. I've run Prime 95 overnight stock.
x44>boots but fails to enter Windows
x43>enters Windows, crash dump in Prime 95 after about 2 minutes
x42>crash dump Prime 95 after about 10 minutes
Temps never get higher than 80C
Should I slow down the uncore? More voltage somewhere?
I want to be methodical but honestly don't know where to start. I'm hoping I don't have too bad of a chip. I'd be happy with 4.2-4.3 actually if I can do it as sane volts/temps.
