Could use a hand on finding a song/rap title

Ok... heard the song several months ago on the radio, never caught the track/artist name. Doing the regular google search, billboard chart search etc. Would appreciate being pointed in the right direction.

At least one male voice
Very fast pace - sounds "busy" a la "Matrix-ish" stuff
Has a "Na Na Na - Na Na" at least once

My first thought was "Outkast" and, being hip-hoppily challenged I'm not familiar with what the kids are doin these days.

Tried Da Rockwilder... too slow. The song I'm thinking of just "cruises"

edit for koni: Lyrics-wise, I just remember the "Naaah Nuh Nah - Nuh Nah". The song/piece sounds like somebody switched the speed from 33RPM to 80mph

Saw it used in a Dance Team routine and that got me on the "gotta find the song" again.

I think he means "1-9-9-9" but it's a rapper, so it's an understandable mistake.
