Check out the 12V rail in pic 1, shouldn't it be like, 12 volts? My psu sticker is in pic 2.

and no thats not possible your system wouldn't be on if there were only 7v on the 12v rail.

Yeah something definately wrong with the program...it's not possible to have 0.00v for the 5V and VCore.

While you're getting your DMM try downloading Lavalys Everest and see if it tells you the same thing.
