Spotted on the Transformers 2 set. Link

just curious, what makes you think it might be the new C7?

The C7 has been rumored to come out in 2012. They would most likely have to have a concept for NAIAS by next year in order to have a production ready vehicle for sale in 2011 as a 2012. That would give it the same concept to production length the Camaro has. If the rumors are true about the C7 being a more light weight smaller mid engined car, it would take some serious design and engineering to get it done right. There is a good chance they may already have a concept of some sort for the C7.

It looks like a C6 that's in the process of eating a 70's Stingray. Strangely enough I do like it. The windows on it are wicked. Kind of reminds me of the Koeniggsegg the way it wraps around.

The Mako Shark 'Vettes ('68-'72, once the plastic bumpers started the design was ruined) have always been favorites of mine. A virtual tie with the '58-'62 cars. I really like this look and if it's truly a pre-production model then I think GM is finally getting their styling act together.

This is just a concept car, it's not a look into the future. It looks really good in profile, but it is butt ugly from the front.

Corvette concept

that's what concept are... they tend to forecast the companies future design language.

Typically, but this is clearly a C6 with a chopped roof and other body modifications designed to be used in a movie, since none of the visual modifcations would be practical on a production car. This isn't something you're going to see debuting at the next Geneva auto show as a foreshadow of things to come.
