I'd say probably acting. A young Andy Kaufman maybe, looks like this kid has created a character based on himself and is acting it out via youtube.
 
Um, wtf, is this content recorded on the fly, being sent directly to youtube so that if you ****** it up, there is nothing you can do about it? If not, then wtf would someone post something that makes you look like an autistic kid with emotional issues onto youtube? I've never understood this, if something clearly went wrong with the recording, any sane person would redo it, so unless this is true, its got to be fake, or people who post on youtube are incredibly stupid..
