I work for the Computer Media Services for my university (basically a help desk) and i have this client who has the following problem:
<< Client called in, she said that her cursor is moving on her screen, she can't control her mouse, and now ten or so pages of Internet explorer are opeing by themselves. She can't turn it off... now all of her applications closing. Someone just opened her Napster. I had her unplug it. >>
Is this like back orifice? I'm not really up to date on viruses/trojans, so any info would be appreciated, thanks.
