Could someone send me these files?

I have a problem with my Windows XP.
Supposedly SP1 fixes the problem but I looked up the version number and dates of the files in question and I don't think they were replaced (really strange).
Could someone please send me the updated files?

I have them, but mine are version 1106?? I have XP Pro- don't know if that is a difference. Sizes are slightly different also.

I have those too but I am not running SP1. Have you tried to unintall SP1 to see if the problem is still there?

I'm running XP Pro with SP1 installed but seemingly the files are not the version number they should be ....
To me it seems like they were not updated.

Does anyone have the newer 5.1.2600.46 version number?
