Ummm, why is it that you need this again? Nevermind, I found out while doing a search for the thing. Man, how old is your CD-ROM? And your Computer?
 
It's usually in /windows or /windows/system in win98 or win98se or the bootup disk for win98/98se
 
i don't have win98 🙁


Igiveup: it allows for some sort of write-caching, which speeds up the install time from several hours to 20 minutes or so.
