Port is of cource 14567

What I am trying to figure it is how the hell do I host a game server. I am unable to join the game. I can't even see it and when I punch in the IP it will not let me in.

It would help if you provided more information on your network setup. Are you sharing an internet connection? Are you trying to connect from within your network, or from the outside? Lookup DMZs, Port forwarding, NAT on the internet for more info.
