Could someone help me identify some trees?

Trying to figure out what these two types are, about how tall they grow (and how quickly), and if there is / how far is a normal natural spacing between them. These are Cleveland area, but I believe they're common trees. What can I say, I was a horrible boy scout.

TIA!

Top picture looks like an ash tree. Will get to 60' if the ash borer doesn't do it in. Bottom picture looks like a silver maple. Will also get to 60'. Nice tree.

Looks like a bigleaf maple

Bottom one that is. There's a lot of things in the first frame so I'm not sure what's what.
