Could somebody identify this Family Guy episode?

Could anyone tell me the name of the episode that has the scene where Bill Clinton is being interviewed by reporters, and when one asks a question he replies "Well why are so fat?" while doing this incredibly goofy laugh and spinning his arms? That scene is so hilarious but I can't remember which episode it is.

I remember that. It was the drinking one where Peter was justifying his drinking. That of course could mean any one of the episodes but I think it was the pawtucket pat one where he went to the factory and he became a piano player

Yeah it was the one with the Pawtucket Patriot telling Peter to build a bar because he was on house arrest.
If not that one, it's one of the 5 first episodes in the first season because that's all I've watched so far and I know it's in one of those.

Could be the first one where he loses his job because he was drunk at the stag party but I can't remember exactly.

Yeah, first episode. 101 - Death Has a Shadow.

It's 12 minutes into it. It is also slightly different than I remember it, but still funny
