I was downloading a file, and restarted without thinking, and now I have a .exe file that says it takes up 0 bytes, but it won't delete because it says it's being used by another person or program. I booted into safe mode and it gives me the same message when I try to delete it. does anyone know how to get rid of this file?
 
use the task manager to find the process, end the process, then you should be able to delete it...
