Here is a picture of the back of the PC. Sorry, I know this is beyond noobish, but I'm that bad at technology :)

Your picture is terrible, but yes you can get a simple HDMI to DVI cable or just a less expensive HDMI to DVI adapter (if not in a rush, they're only a buck or two on ebay shipped from China).

If it's a rare case where your monitor has speakers you need to use (which will sound bad but if you need to then you do) then you will still need an analog cable from the PC sound out to the monitor since the audio will be lost from the HDMI to DVI conversion.

If you need an adapter, that should do the trick assuming you don't need some high end 1600p capable DVI port.

Or you can get a full sized cable if thats more your thing

Either one should allow for 1080p60hz.

Thank you to the two that helped. To the one that had a hard time removing themselves from that high horse maybe some soul searching is in your immediate future?

^ and some web searching is in your immediate future?

There aren't that many video ports in existence, and your having eyes on it, should have made it very easy to ID them with a web search, far easier than finding this forum and asking.

I think teaching a man to fish is a nice thing to do. Next on my list would be taking better pictures. It's a very useful skill to have, and even with the cheapest of cell phones, that one you supplied isn't making as much of an effort as you ask us to make, which is very poor form.
