I am building a Mini ITX gaming rig and I am in need of some help. This build will be using my current i7 3770 so I only need a board since I already have everything picked out such as case and what not.

The board must have great audio since I dont see any where to use an aftermarket sound car & the WIFI connection is a MUST. I live in an apartment complex & my neighbor below me has internet and lets me use his wifi. His wifi is solid & fast so not having to pay for internet in 8 years has been a plus.

Anyways I need help. I think i have come down to 2 boards but im asking you. these are both Mini ITX

Asus p8Z77i-deluxe: $150

ASRock Z77E-ITX: $140

The Asus board looks like the hot ticket... I would consider the Gigabyte as well, but I think the Asus has the better audio chipset.

Just FYI, the board doesn't have to come with wifi... you can get a USB adapter and do the same thing.
