Could Not Load OpenGL subsystem ??????

NJLOAD

I installed Jedi Knight 2: Jedi Outcast and when I try to start the game the screen flickers and a black DOS screen opens with lots of messages. The error message stopping the game I quess is: GLW_StartOpenGL{} - Could not load OpenGL subsystem. How do I fix this or get around it?

My System:
Gateway 1000mhz
256k RAM
800x600 screen resolution
16 bit color quality
NVIDIA GeForce 2GTS 64meg

When I run the system check that comes with Jedi Knight everything checks out ok.

Thanks

Get the latest drivers for your video card from Nvidia's website. That error usually means you are using drivers without OpenGL support. I don't know about other versions of Windows, but the video drivers that are included with XP don't support OpenGL.

Probably because OpenGL is the competing technology to Microsoft's DirectX.
