Ah, but that would be a "political ploy". To cue from another member I will now overdose on emoticons. :) ;) :disgust:

An interesting theory, if nothing more.

It's a nonsensical theory.

Information is not classified willy-nilly. There must be some justification related to national security. All Wilson reported were the superficial facts of the trip: He went to Iraq, examined the so-called evidence of an alleged attempt by Iraq to obtain yellow=caked (uranium ore), and concluded that the "evidence" was false.

Now, please explain how such a statement, coming as it did POST-invation, could possibly be a threat to U.S. security?

The biggest "threat" posed by Wilson's statement is that it exposed Bush, Cheney, and company for the dissembling crooks they actually are.

How lame. If Joe Wilson could have been indicted, it would have happened long ago. The simple fact that he couldn't be necessitated that he be smeared by the Admin, and that the ongoing attacks against his character continue.

Fanbois need something to cling to, even if it's the rather vile notion that Wilson did something other than tell the truth as he saw it. Somehow, even a hint of innuendo that the admin's detractors might be just as bad justifies the behavior of their heroes...

Hey "fanboi" how about you read before spewing filth?

I never said anything justified anything else.

The problem with "fanbois" like yourself is that any theory which doesn't have a reply in your talking points is immediately dismissed. How naive.

Don't waste your time on that fanboi. They are sinking faster than the Titanic and fanbois like him are working as hard as they can to obfuscate as much as they can. Quite comical.

What "filth" has he "spewed"?

Your original post, like the link you posted, is nothing but uninformed, silly innuendo.

SDDD: Same Duhversion, Different Drone

Sir Chicken tried to float this same nonsense several months ago, in the Rove/Plame thread that was ultimately locked. He completely failed to offer any evidence whatsoever -- not even circumstantial evidence -- that any of the information Wilson divulged was classified. The OP's presentation is even less supported.

Nice to see the old circle has risen to the occasion.

I offered up the link as a basis simply for discussion of a theory.

You arse clowns didn't like the theory so you dismissed everything out of hand.

It appears we can't even have discussions here these days. How pathetic.

You fool - where did I ever say anything of the sort?

I swear when it comes to obfuscation, the circle is pretty good.

Hmmm. What was your point, then? Did you read your own OP, or did you just obediently post the lastest propaganda point without troubling to read it first?
Interesting theory. But if true, then another possible indictee would be Joseph C. Wilson himself, for revealing classified details of his own trip to Niger in May and June.
Or maybe your OP was just a troll-and-run, something you had no intention of standing by?

Heh.

"Wilson might be indicted" is one of those magnificent rightwing fantasies, a true retreat from reality, a flight of fancy that's utterly profound in its implication.

And it resurfaces again and again, whenever the Admin's fortunes are approaching low tide- a means to avoid cognitive dissonance, to be able to continue to believe what is believed even when all evidence is to the contrary...

There is no rationality behind it, so pointing that out leads immediately to emotional response and attacking of the messenger- which is really all that Wilson was in the first place, the messenger, the guy who told us that the whole Niger uranium scam was just that, a scam, a deception, an exercise in agitprop in pursuit of war...

And that public opinion has been and is continuing to be manipulated in ways that are shameful and sinister in the extreme...

P T Barnum said it a long time ago, and it's never been more true- "There's a sucker born every minute."

I posted it to have a discussion on the theory. Of course, you wouldn't understand that. Trolls have trouble with details.

You know a fair bit about troll and run, don't ya?

I have a link showing Wilson is an Alien but I have to keep it a secret. It is very interesting, though, if nothing else. Imagine if Aliens are plotting to discredit the greatest President that ever lived.

I have a link that shows Joe Wilson is Osama bin Laden who is really dead but the Bush administration doesn't want to tell us because of top secret security concerns.

Dick Cheney is really Darth Vader but the Federation is hiding it until Halloween so no one copies his costume.

George Bush is really Howdy Doody but he had his freckles removed by a top secret laser process.

Yawn. I did discuss your "theory". It's a crock, a Bigfoot story, completely unsupported by any evidence, interesting only to the die-hard Bush acolytes who desperately grasp at anything they think might be useful as a duhversion from the scandals engulfing the White House. Even more, it has already been discussed, and soundly refuted, in an earlier thread as I pointed out. Moonie's "theory" about Wilson being a space alien is far more interesting, and no less supported by (the absence of) evidence.

Sadly, yes. You are only one of an indistinguishable line of Bushtrolls dating back to the start of P&N, drones who obediently parrot the day's propaganda points with zero ability to discuss or support them. You will ultimately disappear, to be replaced by others just like you, over and over ad nauseum.

No, you didn't. Let me quote your original troll post verbatim:

I don't see any discussion. Just a personal attack on another forum member. Frankly, I'm not surprised.

Sadly, yes. Your foot has been shoved in your mouth again. I didn't post in P&N for at least the first year it existed. So how is it that I "date back to the start of P&N", eh, little troll?

Back to your circle now.

The thread is retarded. I'd rather discuss Moonbeam's assertion.

It's a thread bereft of desperation and blind stupidity.
