Could I use this sun drive chassis with my XP pc

I dont have any free drive bays and I have a scsi card, was thinking of picking up a couple more scsi drives and raid them.. whats the fastest drives I could put in this thing? it has 50 pin scsi connectors

I would Assume SCSI2 Narrow Devices as that uses 50 pin connectors.

You should be able to use that with your PC

Looks like a big Unipack or a small Multipack.

Anyways, I've used both a Unipack and a Multipack, both with SCA Cheetah's, all working fine with a Compaq Deskpro and Tekram SCSI card.

Even used a StorEdge D1000 disk array once, worked fine too.

So yeah, you should be fine as long as you have the right SCSI card.

I have an adaptec u160 scsi card.. so I should be able to use it with any scsi 50 pin harddrive, and any 3.5" scsi 50 pin hd should fit in this thing right?
