My father has an aging Micron PC desktop 200MHz MMX (I don't remember the exact model). Could I give him my Abit bx6rev2 MOBO with my Celeron400a or does Micron utilize non-standard dimensions for its case?

Case must able to take ATX size. Check the Micron website or user manual for his case spec.
If it's ATX it will work, but it's a good idea to measure out the dimensions of the case inside to the MB size.

Micron customer service is pretty difficult to get an answer from. I found a sweet looking Micron Millenia case sitting in the corner of Best Buy. I've been looking for that case for a long time and here it was...for $29. Only problem was there were no fan holders, no motherboard standoffs, and no ATX switch cables because it was a demo case. After numerous emails and phone calls, although i'm pretty sure they tried to give the best answer they can, i still don't have any of the things i need. I bought standoffs already but they do not fit...this one needs the larger standoffs, i fabricated my own cables...and i guess i might just have to mod it for my fans to fit. So as long as you have everything you need...i'm sure it will fit. But generally, I don't think Micron will agree that you're putting a different board in their case. Geez...i hope you're luckier than I am in getting a definite answer.
