I want to get either the x2 3800 or opteron 165 and I want to overclock. However, I don't want to go through hoops to clear cmos or somethign if there's a bad OC. This is why I like asus boards. However, from what i've heard the asus premium and the new asus sli32 are the best asus boards to overclock with but cost a premium over single pci-e x16 boards. I have little interest in SLI but would such a board be worth the 50 or so dollar premium just for OC'ing? Or is there another board that fits my requirements is non SLI (or crossfire) but has firewire and gigabit lan?
