depends on fan.

3 GT's no problem... the GT draws so little current you could probably do 5.

3 San Aces / panflo? ummm... your asking for it pop... and i mean big time.

what exactly is a GT fan? i've got 2 80mm regular no name fans and 120mm that came with my cooler master case. might end up getting 2 of the controllers unless you think i'll be alright with 1?

what is the amperage on the fan.

it should say 12V. with .25amps - .58 amps. on the heavy class fans.

You'll be fine with up to 1 amp i am guessing on that controller.

Example:

see the numbers under san ace... it says the voltage + amperage.

I tried that, and the fans would stop if I ran them lower than about 70% of max speed. Whereas I could run them at about 30% of max speed with only 1 fan per controller.
