I would say yeah but your temps are pushing it at 62C if they are indeed correct. Keep it under 70 and push it harder, see what happens.

yea those temps are at full load and with the window in my room closed. but its uaully open and the temps never go over 60 tops. they usually stay around 58/59. Im going to try and bring this thing higher though.

1.17v Vcore and 2.04v Vdimm - you have some headway. You have a long ways before 1.36v Vcore. You may also have to give it a little more vdimm if/when your g.skill PC6400 gets unstable or causes crashing.

i did 1.424v Vcore | 2.20v Vdimm | 74-78C Load | 9 x 500 with a C0 E8400 like yours and some Supertalent PC6400

you have TONS of headroom on vcore. Id get a better cooler (xigmatek s1283 or sunbeam CCF), 4 gigs of 1066 ram, and you're golden. Could probably get comfortably over 4gHz with that low of a vcore

You can, but do you want to? Small bits of performance mortgage the lifespan of a cpu at that speed.
