Technically yes, legally probably (might need to work that out with BFG).

A lot of stores have their own "house brand" which is nothing more then repackiged hardware from a manufacturer. Usually all thats changed is the package, all the original stickers are still there (eg Sony sticker on a CD drive). Most include some small manual too usually.

You wont make any money doing so though (unless you can get some very special deals)...
