My superfluous car project this summer is replacing my incandescent indicator lights with LED modules. I need to install a new flasher relay for the LED turn signals to function, but i am having trouble with the location of the flasher relay. Any ideas?

Thanks

I'll withdraw my completely off topic yet valid question.

And bump your thread at the same time...you can thank me if you want to.

In my truck and my tracker, both have the relays in the steering column. I was starting to get the buzzing noise in my tracker and found the relay in the plastic housing of the steering column. Tried to clean it, but it was till making the noise when I turned the left signal on. I just when to my local kragen and got a replacement for 3.99.

In my experience that is where it's been. However, mine was a one-piece unit that included the flasher and the turn signal stalk.
