Could a PSX guncon work on a PC?

Found some old Arcade shooter game i like and was hoping to use a light gun to play it (gun games with controllers suck hard). Anyway i could rig it up to work with my PC? I got a PS2->USB adapter already. Now to go try and find my old Guncon :disgust:

i don't think it'd work with LCD's... maybe with a CRT?

Yeah i have a CRT. I guess i'll just try it out if i can find it.

My guncon has to plug into the controller port and the component video to the tv. Unless you have one that doesn't I don't see this working.
