Could a Procurve switch overheat in an OnQ enclosure?

I recently moved into a relatively new home that has an OnQ Home box wall mounted. The dingbat who put it together didn't run any Cat5e or Cat6 cabling, just Coax and a few phone lines. I am in the process of running my own Cat6 through out the home but since this panel is already installed I thought that I might put my ProCurve 1400 switch in the panel. It's a little cramped with all of the coax in there but I wasn't sure if this thing puts off enough heat to really matter. Any suggestions from personal experience? Thanks

Not too big (maybe 18x18). As far as ventilation goes there really is only the holes on the top that channel all the cabling in between the drywall. To me that seems like a bad idea but since so many people have the wall mounted racks I thought I would ask people who had experience.
